For our client we are looking for : UX / UI project designer

We are a fast-growing B2B software company, launching an innovative, super user-friendly platform designed to support businesses in the US and Canada. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with the Head of Design to shape exceptional user experiences and interfaces that drive engagement and usability.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UX/UI Project Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, seamless digital experiences. You will play a key role in designing user-friendly interfaces, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a consistent brand experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing organization, where your work will directly impact the success of our platform and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Design and product teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Design and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance product functionality.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated with UX/UI trends and best practices to drive continuous innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS, B2B software, or digital products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company and adapt to evolving needs.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) required.

Location: Krakow (4 days office-based)

Work Hours: US time zone (afternoon/evening shifts in Poland)
